Macaroni is a favourite dish for most children and in combination with cheese is a complete winner .For children who are fuzzy to eat their vegetables , this dish will surely make them forget their dislike and leave them smacking their lips an asking for more- along with the veggies. An easy veg recipe with Western touch.

Ingredients:
Macaroni/Elbow pasta : 2 cups
Red,green,yellow capsicum - one eachMacaroni/Elbow pasta : 2 cups
Carrots - 1
Beans - a handful
Baby corn - 5-6
Mushrooms - a handful
Maida - 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Green chilli paste - 1 teaspoon
Butter -2 teaspoons
Grated cheese - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - a teaspoonOlive oil - as required
Salt - as required
1)In a pan,add a tablespoon of olive oil and add carrots, beans and baby corn and stir fry for around two minutes.
2)Then add the capsicum and fry till a nice aroma comes. Add pepper, green chilli paste, tomato sauce and required salt.
3)Make white sauce by adding 1 and half tablespoons of maida in a cup of milk and add required quantity of salt.
4) Heat around two teaspoons butter in a pan, add garlic and add this maida-milk mixture stirring carefully to avoid lumps till sauce consistency is reached .Add boiled pasta to this and mix.
5)In a baking bowl, add the pasta-white sauce mixture as a bottom layer followed by the veggies layer and a last layer of grated cheese.
6)Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 C for around 10 min and garnish with oregano and serve.
Tips:
- Remember to boil pasta with a little salt and olive oil to prevent sticking.
- The choice of veggies can be your personal favourites ,you can even add vegetables like broccoli.
